Sir,
We had brought Airtel Dth and the cable setup was done on Monday 21 June and was told by our associate that it will be ready in 15 minutes. This never happened and further on calling the customer care we get very bad response from them buying time. A complaint was regisetered (3114716). This is not rectified in time nor till now.
I do understand that technical issues cannot be avoided but it should not take this much time to rectify the same. It is very sad that we cannot use your service even after TWO days of time.
Please stop selling your products cheaper compromising quality on them and your service.
