Transaction Status- No response from Airtel

I stay at Kurla (Mumbai), pin-400070 and an existing customer of airtel dth service having customer ID as 3003806694. I got a call yesterday (29.06.2010) from airtel's sales office (no. 022- 4130 4100) with regard to the DTH- HD service request I had enquired by filling out my details as instructed on their website (airtel.in). As per the call instructions i completed the transaction of Rs. 2350/- for ugradation of my existing dth to dth-HD set top box. The transaction was made through my SBI Credit Card and I was given the transaction no. as 9540501. Although the procedure was duly completed by me and was informed that the same shall be delivered to me within 1-2 days. The complaint is that I have not received any confirmation on my transaction and/or the status of my request. When I tried to contact the above mentioned phone no. it does not connect. It seems to me that i am duped of money as well as credit card details. I have even written to airtel customer care regarding this.
