Unaviability of Service even after Payment

Dear Sir,

Sub: Unaviability of service and waste of valuable time in followup with Customer care even after Payment

Am working as a Senior IT professional. Few days back i had taken Airtel DTH connection and relocated to new location with in chennai. Henceforth i needed airtel service provider to reinstall DTH in my new location for the same purpose i recharge my account with due service charge at first and later on i got to know that Customer ID given by airtel guy during initial installation was invalid which cause my rechage amound credited to some one else a/c.

Even after spending my valuable time for a week long now simple reinstallion work from Airtel DTH is not yet over... Spending so much time in followup with custromer care went furtile...

Kindly Help to resolve this issue . detail given below
