R/sir,

Please refer to the subject mentioned that I vaibhava Kaushik

Order a new Airtel Dth connection as on 12-05 by mobile

customer care.when i call airtel customer care he transfered my

call for purchage a new connection by credit card (no-4346782000594505)

.I have paid 1800.00 Rs..But any reason the Airtel Dth connection not to be done

at my home. So I canceled Airtel Dth Connection as on 19/05.

But my Payments (1800.00Rs) not refund till date. So i Request u please take a necessary

action for this.
