2 channel are not working

i was purchase one airtel digitel tv dth service on 23 march and it will also free 4 month . then i am

recharge of amount 300rs and i ask to customer care same package will be continue. but i will not see the channel zee punjabi and etc punjabi . i will very disturb plz imedite action on this issue.
