Service is worst

Dear Manager,

I am regular viewer of Digital TV customer but recent past my experience with Airtel Mobile and digital tv is very bad, since our set top box is not working for last 24 hrs but ur team including (Nodal officer of Okhla, ur distributor no. 9654082167, Engg no 9810910281, 32026567) after 24 hrs they are just hope less service provider.

May i question you-

Is I am going with airtel for future reference

and why should I use airtel brand for future
