I am very much fed up with the behaviour of the engineers regarding the old customers which are in their net after buying airtel dth connection. I am complaining regularly for three days for my set tp box. The complaint nos are 3806573 dated 10/09, 3815012 dated 11/09 and 3825953 dated 12/09 but the engineers are closing the complaints at their end without contacting/rectifying the complaints to me. Their customer executives are giving time to attend the complaint in seconds also that it will be attended at so much hours so much minutes and so much seconds.
