I have purchased the 999 south mega pack on 11th October. My customer id is 3005543851. The Aitrtel DTH website clearly states that the installation will be done withon 48 hours. on 12th October I had called to confirm when the installation would be done and I was informed that the same would be done on 13th by 12:00 and I was also given the name of the technician.
However when I called on 13th to confirm the same, a customer care agent Ms Safina and her supervisor Ms Mary told me that 17th is the date fixed for installation.
I have two issues. 1. Howcome you have chosen the date of 17th without checking with the customer to see if it is convenient. 2. 17th is way past the 48 hour mark which is the stipulated time mentioned on the website.
After continuously following up with the customer care, I have still got no reply on this.
If you cant even have my pack installed in time, I wonder how poor your after sales service would be.
Its been a miserable experience till now...
