I am not at all satisfied with your equipment viz., DVR for the
following reasons:
1. I am not able to replay my recorded programs or record the programs
Further I am not satisfied with your service as:
2. I am not able to access your technical support
3. No response to my complaint filed through E-mail
4. I am not able register my complaint and get a complaint number
Due to the unsatisfactory performance of the equipment and deficiency
in service I an not satisfied with your DVR equipment.
Hence I request you to take back your equipment and pay back my amount.
You may comply with my request with in next 3 working days ie., by
01st October
If there is no response from you by 01/10 I shall be constrained
to lodge complaint with Consumer Court.
You may treat this mail as a formal notice under law.
