Airtel DTH Customer service is Pathetic

Hi,

I got this Airtel DTH connection free with LCD tv.

Its been a week now, everytime i call up customer service with customer id to setup installation, its a new request.

They say in 2 hrs i will get a call to schedule installation and no one turns up.

I give a call to them 3 times in a day and explain everything from beginning and status is still the same.

Untill now i hvent got Airtel DTH connection. Had heard about there pathetic service but experienced it now.

Please dont go with there service.
