Dear Sir,
I bought a Samsung LCD TV. Along with this I was offered a Airtel HD set top box at a offer rate of Rs.750/- The samsung dealer told me to contact the nearest Artel dealer and pay the money to them to receive the set top box.
As instructed by the dealer I paid Rs.750/- to my nearest Airtel Dealer (Bhavani Electricals) and the transaction was complete and I received SMS with transaction Id:1181192.
I also called the Airtel Customer care and registered my self with Id: 3005787416.
Meanwhile my Airtel dealer gave me 2 local customer care numbers (9500205544 and 9500827210) to get details about installation.
As usual I made call to the numbers on 2.11.2010 and the people told me that by 3rd they will install.
Then on 4th Nov I again called them and I got result as it is Diwali and can not be installed.
Today the date is 10.11.2010. Till the people are not sure when the things will be over.
If I contact the Airtel customer care at Bangalore they say we understand the problem and Sorry but no solution for installations.
I request you to look into this problem and solve this at the earliest.
