This is Mahesh here. I got a situation.
For past 1.8 years i am using Airtel DTH i got a issue with signal so raised a request and could not be resolved, complained of an issue with the Clamp in the reciever. Since that was an old version of DTH they said " they dont have the clamp entire DTH has to be changed" this was fair enough.
I got a new package this guys tried installing it couldnt get proper signal and complained of the wiring issue and installed a new wire. He tried something to get it work temporarily and the signal goes down intermittently its freaking me out to reach to customer care. Other than raising the compliant request number i don't see any action in this regards. Some Please help in this regard on how to raise the complaint to a manager. Customer support executive is cutting the call when i ask for a manager.
Please help me registering a complaint. I am completely pissed with this issue.
I am without a connection for more than a week.
I have opted 2nd time for Airtel DTH for their customer service but you guys are proving it wrong.
