I brought the Airtel DTH in Dec 10.
Now i am relocated to new location, so i raised a request for the relocation which is included as per their agreement with chargeable amount of maximum 300 Rs.
I shifted to new place from 3rd March and calling the Customer care for last 6 days and i only get the resolution will be done by today with time for which there is no trace from their executive.
Also i had the conversation with senior personnel at the Airtel DTH Service, where i got the same reply, but nothing has happened till date.
Also iam losing the subscription period for nothing.
Now when i called the manager at local service center of Airtel DTH, i get rude reply for the service and also the false commitments which is not addressed till date.
Please can you guide me for what action i should take for such nonsense and irresponsible service.
