Signals not recieving

I have recently purchased airtel dth HD connection. it was installed on 25th of feb. 15 days it was worked properly. after that error was came.(error codeB001) signals are not recieving. I was called to customer care center on 13th of march. they have taken the complaint.they told that customer support engineer will come with in 24hrs.but there is no response till today. no body is taking response from customer care center. what is the use of this airtel customer care.
