I have been Airtel customer for long time and i have given a request to activate movies now channel from my registered mobile. i have got a confirmation but no one has responded for two weeks, I have spoke to customer care executive on 25th march and after speaking to the customer care executive, all my channels are lost and it says installation error please contact customer care executive.
when i contacted i was asked to wait for two days to solve the issue and they cut the call sudenly. i even tried calling the mobile no of service engineer 9600043200 but no one has responded.
I took me three hours of my time to register a complaint and nonthig has been done, nothing has been done with installation, only after speaking customer care executive all these things has been happended and they were not responding.
