I am Kamesh, from Chennai my customer ID is 3001598109 i have two settop box connection under this Customer ID. Due to frequent signal problems i opted for disconnection of my second setop box connection and had contacted customer service and my second settop connection was disconnected on 7the March'11 but the daily rental being deducted from my balance was still not changed it included my second settop box also. Despite complaining several times about this to customer care service the problem was not solved. and my balance was reduced double the amount daily for just using single settop box. I feel very displeased with Airtel DTH service.
If they validity period is about to end they will not forget to call or msg reminding me do recharge but a proper grievance they will not respond.
I feel ashame to use Airtel DTH Service this will even raise doubts to useing Airtel mobile connection also.
