I HAVE MULTIROOM CONNECTION OF AIRTEL DTH.MY CUSTOMER ID IS 3004511509.
I PURCHASED MULTIROOM CONNECTION AROUND JUNE
MY SET TOP BOXES BREAKDOWN AND THEY SHOW ERROR CODES. HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEMS SINCE MANY MONTHS .I HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND HAVE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO RESET THEM.
ON 19 MARCH I APPLIED FOR ADDITION OF NEW CHANNEL BUT TILL TODAY 1ST APRIL I AM UNABLE TO SEE THAT CHANNEL.
SECONDLY MY SECOND HD SETTOB BOX BROKE DOWN ON 29TH MARCH.I AM UNABLE TO SEE ANY THING.IT IS SHOWING INSTALLATION ERROR.
I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT SENDING ME TECHNICAL SUPPORT .
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

MY CUSTOMER ID IS 3004511509.
I have multiroom connection of airtel DTH. with 2 connections having hd settop box and another normal settop box.
i have been facing repeated connection problems on all connections.several times i have to call customer care and then they reset my settop box and the problem get solved for few days.then again some error code pop up on the tv screen.
On 19 march i applied for addition of channel 198 (movies now hd) this problem has not been resolved till now 1st april.
3 times tecnical support visited my home to align the dish for HD CHANNELS. but still i am unable to see the channel.this shows your poor customer service.
Secondly my second hd set top box (id: 03085300984) has not been working since 4 days.on tv screen it is showing INSTALLATION ERROR. ERROR CODE SM2.
i have contacted customer care several times regarding these problems but with no proper response.i have even applied for technical support.but the technical support persons no.9829651168 is not picking up my call.

YESTERDAY I WAS TOLD THAT CHANNEL 198 IS SUCCESSFULLY ADDED TO MY SET TOP BOX (ID:0308527784) BUT I AM STILL GETTING ERROR CODE 4.
MY SETTOP BOX (ID 03085300984) IS NOT WORKING SINCE 29 MARCH.REGARDING IT I GOT A MESSAGE ON 31 MARCH on my registered mobile no.9928075991:(dear customer your service request refrence no. is 6482642 for video problem has been resolved.if the issue is unsolved pls call 9829651168).
BUT MY SETTOP BOX IS STILL NOT WORKING.
plese tell me how did you sent the conformation message if no technical support person visited to check the problem???
I AM VERY MUCH UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND PLANNING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.
kindly look into the matter seriously.
