I had bought a Sony Bravia LCD TV on 28th March from M/S Nandilath G-Mart. Along with the TV i had received an activation kit from Airtel Digital TV (HD). After going through the instructions as per the kit. I was given the customer ID 3007506744 . I was insructed to recharge Rs1000/- through this ID and was promised that the installation will be done within 48 Hours. After they failed to keep their promise i had called the costumer care executive again. They started giving me silly excuses like " Saarry saar the database got corrupted". After contacting the local nearby dealer i was again told to contact the Ernakulam Office of airtel but my calls were not being taken up. I am fed up of this irresponsible attitude of the employees of an MNC. I request the company officials to Hire sensible employees who gives a damn about the customers rather than these Callous Officials.
