My Airtel DTH customer ID 3007577500

I got an HD connection free with Sony Bravia TV. i wanted an upgrade to a recorder STB which the customer care told me could be easily done if i paid Rs 2000 instead of Rs 1000 which i had to pay for HD.

I paid Rs 2000 on 05.04.11 but the engineers came to install it only on 10.04.11 that too when i had made atleast one hundred phone ccalls to the Customer Care.

even after the installation, the set had not been activated (it has been three complete days till now).

the agents who installed, is giving false promises and not answering my phone calls.

the customer service representatives are a bunch of fools. they do not know the offers, plans or upgrade options. they are just great at making false promises. they cut calls when one wants to lodge a complaint. they block the numbers if you want to register a complaint.

kindly provide me help so that i can get a refund of my Rs 2000 and go back to Dish TV
