Pathetic Service/Lack of Response

I have an Airtel DTH connection for the past year. During this period I have had no service for 2 months in 2010 and I am not getting the DTH signal for past 12 days. I have so far tried to

1. Call the Customer Service on 12150 upto 30 times in last 12 days

2. Logged multiple online complaints

3. SMS'd Help to 54325

This is not the first time I am facing these issues, Airtel DTH call canter is invariably busy all the time. After waiting for 15 minutes when one gets to speak to an executive (if the tools are working, chances are 30% of the time the tools are down) the executive will assure you that it will be looked into and then place you on hold. I have noticed that in all my calls (made from my new mobile using the parent company's Airtel's network) that I get disconnected when they put me on hold or transfer me to a superior. This has been happening to all my calls.

The online complaints have yielded no response from Airtel, the users cant check the status of these complaints and I believe these are ignored.

I have SMS'd Help on 54325 from various numbers and I do get a call from 91 9650001020 which I pick up and no one speaks. When you try to call this number back, it says number does not exist!

As of now I am still unable to get a signal on my DTH Box.

Frankly I am tired of wasting my time and effort on this useless service and have decided to move to a different provider (even a cable wallah is better). It is disappointing to experience such service from a company like Airtel (I have been using Airtel Mobile Network for past 7 years)
