Bad service engineers

I own a airtel dth for more than 6 months and there was no problems with their service.

Last Friday afternoon, 29/04, I got a call from a service engineer named santosh (vaguely remember the name) and said that there is a change in the satellite and needs to migrate the dish from it's current angle to a new one. Well, I came home during lunch for this and he said that the new angle has a building as hindrance and cannot setup to the new angle and so the dish was kept to the old angle. This engineer did not properly set the dish to the angle and the signal was not enough. The error number was b001. After repeated calls, an engineer came on Tuesday, 03/05, and said that the lead at the LNB end was broken, and should be replaced. I told the engineer to adjust it for now, and I shall deal about it with the airtel people. The engineer made the adjustment and the DTH worked for another 5-10 minutes the engineer left. After that, a new problem arose. error number SM2. it is already night of 5/5 and repeated calls to customer care are either turned down or I hear repeated sorry from the person. One guy even told that the service will be restored in an hour, but still it is not live.

Totally, it has been a week and there is no sign of the problem being rectified. All I wanted to know is, will the problem be rectified.

Also, why such a esteemed company with a large customer base, hire such people for work?
