Myself bibha an Ex- Airtel DTH user. My customer Id is 3000531173 and connection was first installed in Gurgaon dated 21st March. on 11th Feb i shifted to mumbai and asked for re-installation on 5th March. Airtel fellows visited my new address for 4-5 times and couldn't re-install due to some directional problem which led to non-connectivity. since then i logged complaints for many time and every time the same unsuccessful story. later on i cancelled all my requests and shifted to some other service provider. noe today 10/05 again i tried for re-installation request then the airtel guys are telling that since my account is -ve (negative) they can't log a request.
My complaint is 1. how they are not capable enough to re-install
2. if not re-installed how the renal is being charged on daily basis
3. Now what to do with their instruments like (set-top box, remote, antena, wire etc)
4. why not taking request to install at some fesible location.
