Constomer care sucks

Hi All,

I am so much frustrated with AIRTEL cant say i words i have never been this much trouble this time with my other DTH connection used by parents even though we are subscribed to 100 channels we were getting hardly 5-10 channels i was trying to get in touch with customer care but was unable to do so it used to get disconnect then i used to try to call them during night or morning and then talk to one of their cus care repr and then to manager and he assured me that one of there technical person wil come to my house next to fix the issue but no one came once again i called them and he assured me it will be fixed by next day and gave me number of area manager and that i tried to call him but unable to reach (Mob no was 99555992921) and finally i have no choice to move to some other dth connection but i have subscribed to yearly pack few weeks back now i would like to request how do i claim my money and is there way i can go to consumer court i have the recording of the phone calls where they assured me abt fixing the issue ASAP.

I request all the customer to aware the people abt AIRTEL they are cheater and finally last word to them airtel sucks :((
