I paid Rs 4800 by cash via Vriti infocomm services for airtel dth (HD Recorder TV) on 27/05 and I was told that an engineer would call me and the installation would be done by evening or latest by 10 am the next day that is 28th... on 28th afternoon after wasting my whole day i realised that nothing is happening... i tried calling customer care which did not generate any request no for complaint and told me that system is in updation... i called again agter an hour... system in updation... 6 pm evening system in updation... i got sms that my customer id is 3008054695, but no one called for installation... today is 30th (4:00 pm) still there is no response from airtel customer care or the engineers... i am calling customer care since morning and they are telling me since morning to 4:00 pm that system is under updation... when the hell is my dth going to be installed... and i hope you will bill me after the date of installation... is it going to take a week???
Today is 2nd June and i was told by the engineer that he was not informed and that he has got an HD box instead of the HD recorder box and he was supposed to come early morning today... no response... his mobile is switched off. No help from airtel helpline... what do i do?
