We are very much disappointed by the service Airtel DTH is providing. For the last one month we are not getting the signal and lodged unlimited no. of complaints but to no avail. I presume that Airtel is not able to handle the vast base of their customers and I suggest that if a company is not capable of resolving the issue with in 24 hrs then the cuotomer to be compensated for the loss. Request for your kind intervention.
