My Airtel DTH customer ID is 3003340087 and I am using it since last year. I am continously getting error code B001 and whenever I am talkinging to customer care they are taking it very lightly and just telling that due to weather condition I have to face this problem and they cant help me.
Today since afternoon there is no signal. Its relly frustating. Last year they had replaced our new set top box with old one due to some damage in new one, and after that this problem is coming each alternate day.
