I am subscriber to Airtel DTH. ID 3001292101. I am dissatisfied with the service provided by you (dth not working properly for past 2 month). I had given request for discontinuance of DTH on 7 aug. Till 10 th aug there was no person attended to take of set top box and dish at my premises. yesterday 10 aug i had esclated to nodal officer, who had taken some area ops manager, who assured to discontinue by next day 11 aug. I have waited for whole day 11 aug none attended for the same. I do not understand their problem.
