I have not received any set up box or product from the airtel service

Hi Team,

I have booked for the Aitel DTH on 12/08. But till now i have not received any set up box. I called to customer care executives many times. They are suggesting me to contact my nearest dealer. I have booked this through online IVR. That particular dealer is not responding and not taking responsibility. When i ask him for the status, he is asking me to contact customer care and nothing was in his hand. When i called to customer care, they said that they can't help me anything on this and asking me to contact my dealer. Sometimes, when i called to customer care exectives, they are talking rudely (i called to south customer care 080 44448080- Vinod Kumar). It is almost 10 days.

Finally my dealer has suggested me to contact their team lead (tsm) and given the contact number. First time he answered my called and promissed me that i will be receiving the set up box in 24 hours. i waited for 72 hours. But my issue is not resolved (I didn't get my set up box). Whey i tried to contact him again, he stopped attending my calls. When i try from the different number, he is answering and next day onwards he stopped attending the calls from that number as well.

I am really frustated by this airtel service.
