I am submitting my compliant against Airtel DTH since I am not getting any proper response from both of their customer care and the nodal office (044-42102783). Either they disconnect my call or put on hold for longer time.
I have logged a compliants against my STB issue and so far the airtel person came and replaced 4 STBs since last 24 hrs and still my problem is not resolved.
If their executive told me that they will replace with old STBs for 350/rs then I could have never paid/buy this.
Simply I may go with other Providers or a local cable connection. I am really upset about their service.
If they are not capable of resolving my issue then I need the refund of my money and I can go for any good service provider in the market.
