My DTH connection is out of order since last week due to power failure of the set top box. i have complained for this using online service and i received the docket no. very next day but till evening without attending the complaint a message was sent that your complain has been resolved. i again made the complain but till date nothing has been done and daily deduction of the balance is going on with out my viewing. my customer no is 3000628358.
