I am deeply saddened and feel cheated after booking a new connection with airtel DTH. One of your executives (Name: Jyothi) had asked me to book a new connection on 08th October by making a credit card payment through your IVR and assured me that if its a card payment the connection will be installed by 09th October evening. But this morning I received an SMS from airtel stating that my connection will be installed only on 10th October.
Following this SMS I called up your customer care to enquire this. As if the cheating by your earlier executives was not enough all of your executives right till a manager (Name: Prakash) cheated me by saying that the connection will be installed on 09th itself. All of your executives were very rude in their approach and some even gave me the suggestion of fixing it myself by calling some nearest dealer. After all this harrowing experience when I told them that I no longer wanted to continue the service your executive told me that I won't be getting any refund and that I have bear all this humiliation and be content with what I get. This is nothing but exploitation of your customers.
I have been a customer of Tata Sky till date and they have been exceptional throughout their service. I have no hope in you guys. I feel deeply humiliated and cheated by your people and your low quality service.
