I am customer of Airtel DTH service and my customer ID is 3001307525. I logged the complain for no signal on 7th Nov. Till today i.e. 12th Nov nobody has called or provided the service. On 12th Nov I have called the customer care 4 times without much help. They can't even connect to their senior as it seems they are always busy. If this is their service, I would like to terminate my connection and get refund.
