Not working from 2 month

I had made complaint for my set top box 1 month ago

but there is no reply from any executive from airtel dth

even then i call them up after 1 month, then they told me first recharge by rs 300 then the executive will came to u

i recharge it

but even then after 1 month, when the validity lapsed the executive not come

please see to it

the customer is a bloody fool
