Dear Sir/Madam,
On 25 December at 11:40 I got a call from airtel DTH side (no is 012241304100) to upgrade my Normal box to HD Setup Box. He called me my registered/linked mobile with digital TV account. My customer ID is 3000607731. He told me the charges of up-gradation is 1999.00 but we given u 250.00 rs discount so you have to pay only 1750.00.I have made a payment through IVR system rs 1750 by credit card and after successful payment he given me transaction id "18109664". and he told me our engineer come on Monday till 3.00 PM and he upgrade your setup box.
But on Monday till 4:00 PM no one come then i have called to customer care and told my problem he told me your issue is resolved by next day. Next day i got a call from engineer and he told me i am coming and you have to pay 2000.00 i shocked i have already paid for the same why he say for money. i again called to customer care, junior representative will transfer my call to senior, i told my issue he told me i will forward your mail to concern person. Again i got a call from your side and he told me you have to call on 12150 to resolve this issue i didn't understand why he said to me to call again customer care. Anyway I called again, talked again with senior he sent mail again to concern person; he told i have to wait for 24-48 hours to resolve this issue.
