The service offered by Airtel DTH is pathetic. The set-top-box that was installed restarts in every 5-10 min displaying a message saying "Trying to download new software" and finally a message saying: "Unable to download software".
When i raised the complaint regarding the same, their service engineer visited my house (around 10 days ago) and said that STB needs to be replaced. He said he will bring it on next day. But that guy did not turn-up till date.
After repeatedly raising complaints by calling Airtel DTH customer care regarding my set top box issues for the past 15 days i get no help them in resolving the issue.
