Airtel DTH
The settop box is not delivered to my home, which is promised to be delivered within one day

Hi,

I am vignesh kumar. I applied for airtel DTH connection, but still it is not yet delivered to my home. But i got a msg from AD-TVSrvce saying that,

Dear Customer,

Thankyou for choosing the airtel digital tv, you will soon receive a call from our representative for registration of your digital tv connection.

But still no one is coming to my home for installation of airtel DTH and antenna, its been three days. Whenever i am calling them, they are telling it will be installed within today or within 1 hour. I am really frustrated. I hope already that i had lost my money. Why airtel become cheaters... I thought they are good in customer service, so only i paid the money.

Request you to provide me a SD set-top box ASAP, as I have already paid the money for the box. Pls.
