It has been more than 10 days since I reported a complaint that I don't receive DTH channels. I've followed up through more than 6 emails with their customer service. Every now and then I would get a call from their customer service department checking whether the issue has been resolved. I would say no - the issue was not resolved, and they would go about promising that someone would be dispatched to fix the problem. Now, almost 10 days and no resolution in sight. Why is this happening?
I feel helpless and cheated with Airtel. Their customer care IVR just does not care about what you type using your phone. It ask you to select an option, and even though you choose the right option, it would JUST not recognize your entry. Worst customer service.
Extremely disgusted and unhappy with the way they treat me, a customer, who just looks for value for what has been paid. I wish, someone else rules over them and helps helpless customers like me.
I WILL NOT RECOMEND AIRTEL to anyone else.
