I am an Airtel DTH customer since a long time. My airtel digital TV
Cust ID is 3000836492. My problem was non receiving of picture.
Whenever we start the tv system take time to start 1.30 hours or more.
In this connection we lodge a compliant to airtel dth cust care
on 24/04 (cust request no-18036233) regarding this a service
engineer visited to my house. He changed the receiver of signal and
charged Rs.250/-(without cash reeving receipt) but problem still continue. (service engineer could not ascertain problem in STB) We contacted the same service engineer
so many times but he says problem is in STB and new STB is not
available. My problem is still continue but we received a sms
regarding problem has been resolved on very next day
Again we contacted the customer care officer on 12/05 (request
no. 18646450)
Nobody service engineer visited my house but on 13/05 we received
sms regarding STB issues for your airtel digital-TV Cust ID 3000836492
has been resolved. Now we again contacted to customer care officer
on 13/05 (request no. 18677971) but my problem could not solved.
In this connection we also contacted Nodal officer through email and also contacted on 13/05, 15/05, 20/05 but till date my problem not solved by airtel dth.
