I have bought a new Airtel DTH Connection thru online (airtel.in) on 16.06.2012 and made payment thru IVR receipt/ref no is 20209351.
Still now there is no proper response from Airtel and installation not done. If i contact them thru available resource, the response is as follow

You concern forwarded to sales/marking team, they will contact you with 3hr/2hr/1hr..(Which Decade/year/month&i don't know).
This response only i got for more than 10 attempt/call to customer care.
Very worst service ever had.
