1) The service gets disconnected for no reason and remains so till i call up the call centre and ask them to fix it. call center connections get disconnected before reaching the technical hand in the night time, after 7pm. ERROR CODE-SM2
2) Slightest of rains disconnects the service and get disconneted frequently for hours during rainy season
3) I have a Airetel Digital TV HD setup box and had Subcribed for HD channels which were introduced later like Fox crime, Movies now, Discovery HD, Turbo, and science. the amount got deducted for the services but service has not started so far...(10 days already now)
