I bought two additional connections from AIRTEL and paid thro’ IVR Rs 10000/ on 31-10 for ONE HD RECORDER & ONE HD CONNECTION THRO’ ACCOUNT NO 3001639168 FOR AN ANNUAL ULTRA HD PACKAGE VALID FOR 12 MONTHS & AN ADDITIONAL 45DAYS AS PER THE EXECUTIVE FROM AIRTEL MR HARI. The two connections were duly placed on the next day i.e. 01-11. However the same old wire already in place was used & the new additional wire was not provided to me. Also the connections were not working so I refused to sign the installation for the above two reasons. I was assured that the service would begin very soon. However, it did not start & I wrote numerous emails to airtel. Numerous complaint no have been generated since then. I have received numerous computerized responses also from airtel acknowledging my complaint. Every time I receive a call from airtel saying my complaint has been resolved & to complain again if the problem persists. I do it repeatedly everyday with the same result.
I have written to the nodal officer also numerous complaints but nothing is being done. At present I have three connections on the above mentioned ACCOUNT NO 3001639168. ONE SIMPLE DTH, ONE HD RECORDER & ONE HD.
DURING THIS PERIOD I HAVE REQUESTED FOR HEAVY REFRESH NUMEROUS TIMES.

AT PRESENT RECORDER PART OF HD RECORDER IS NOT WORKING. NEITHER IS THE INFORMATION ON HD CHANNELS BEING DISPLAYED.
THE SIMPLE DTH IS NOT WORKING AS IT IS SHOWING ERROR SM2.
I REQUEST AIRTEL GUYS TO WAKE UP & START DOING THEIR JOB OR THEY WOULD SOON BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER ONE VERY SOON.
