Dish re-alignment for HD Channel

Raised a request on 1st week of April for dish antenna re-alignment. Till date no action has been taken by Airtel. Visited the BG Rd, Bangalore Airtel office and spoke to Airtel reps. The rep assured me that someone would come over to my residence on 24th April morning and get it done. Till now, the issue remains there. I have already complained to Nodal officer and also written to airtel presence but of no use. Nodal officer is big joke. He will always say that it will be resolved in 24 hrs but nothing will be done. Tried calling the Technical Vendor (Communication Networks- Phone: 8105731888) but they are worse. Either the phone will be busy or nobody will pick up.

Its a BIG SHAME for Airtel that their own vendors don't give a damn to their important business partner. Customer care are of no use as each time they will say it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Getting calls daily from Delhi Airtel office assuring me that it will be resolved in next day. But fact is that Airtel DTH customer service is a big failure. The only option left is to move to different DTH operator.
