My Airtel DTH CustID:3005843744, This is regarding my complaint on poor signal quality.
After many calls your technician came to my house and did the satellite migration and I have paid the amount for that. After that I'm not getting good signal on all channels & Poor HD channel Clarity on MOVIES NOW, DISCOVERY HD, NGC HD.
The signal strength and signal quality is only 60%. I have asked the same thing and your technician told me in HD box we can get maximum 60% signal. Bcz of this even for small rain also the Signal is going n showing 'NO SIGNAL' Message.
Please confirm is the Airtel DTH HD STB gives only 60% signal. If NO Send me your executive immediately to improve the singal strength and quality.
This is final communication to remimnd you about my problem. If not resolved I will throuhout this Airtel Dish in drinage.
