Sub: No Response from Airtel DTH to align the Dish to get new Channels.
My Complaints regarding new HD and Regional channels. I'm calling customer care from last 15 days to recify my problem. They have rasied 2
Service Requests SR#6326524 (Open from 10 days), SR#6548275 (Open from last 3 days). I'm getting SMS from Airtel as this request will complete within 24
hours. I also got one Mobile number of their service executive in that SMS. If I call that execitive he is simply replying that I'm not working in that area
contact customer care. If I call again customer care they will say it will be sovled in 30mins/2 hours/one day... playing like anything. But I'm not able to see new channels & getting any call from Airtel executive to resolve this problem.
I have activated and paying money for HD pack (NGC HD, Discovery HD, Movies Now HD) and not able to watch activated HD channels. I'm getting error SM1 for
Movies Now HD and Discovery HD) & also for new Regional Channels Sakshi TV, TV5, Bhakthi TV. They need to realign the dish to new satellite to get these
channels.
I'm not getting any reply from them and really really fraustratued with this. I'm taking this as very serious issue. I'm the Airtel customer of Airtel
Broadband/Landline, Airtel HD DTH, Airtel Mobile.
I'm going to discontinue all the services from Airtel if this problem is not solved immediately and I will go for other Operators.
