Poor service

This is in regard to the complain against my customer id:3004625224

I had taken the connection on 13/07 and the same was installed on 17/07. Just after 5 days their was no signal. My wife complain to the customer care centre in my absence as i was out of stationed and it was assurured that the engineer will come within 24 hour and the complain will be resolved . i returned on 30/07 the problem was still not resolved and i made a fresh customer complain on the same date dated 30/07 and was assured by the customer care centre that within 24 hour engineer will visit and will fix the problem. Next day dated 31/07 service engineer Name Mr. Sumit called me to verify the address and said that he is coming to my residence to fix the problem but he never turned up for the same. i kept quite that he might be busy with some assignment and will come next day as sunday is generally closed i thought that he will visit on 02/07 but he failed to come on that day too. I made a fresh complain on 03/07 and i got the same response from customer care centre that the engineer will visit within 24 hour and your problem will be fixed. Again the same engineer name Mr. Sumit called on 04/07 for address verification and told that he will be coming to fix the problem. This time he came in presence of my father and mother who are at their 80's. He came for not more then five minutes and told them that the problem is fixed. When i came from my office the problem still persisted. Actually i had cable connection along with my Airtel DTH in my entire flat. He had done nothing to fix the problem as he has shown cable connection to my parent and taken their assurance and left. If the problem would have been resolved then it would have not been their when i came from office. This is really very bad from engineer name Mr Sumit part

I got so furious with such type of service that in the evening i called back to the customer care centre and lodged a complain to refund back my money and disconnect the connection. I am very sorry to say that i had never thought of such type of poor service from a branded company like Airtel. No one on eartb will like to persue with Airtel service if initial service from your end is so poor. Therefore i request to plz return my depostie and disconnect my service as soon as possible.

I had learnt a good lesson from this episode and will try my level best not to avail Airtel service in future anymore.

I want my money back for the service which i had paid for and is not delivered
