Hey Guys,
I have purchased a Airtel DTH connection from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. (B-70, Sector-63, NOIDA - 201307 (UP) Tel:0120-4666666, Fax: 0120-4666635 [email protected] Web: www.vriti.com)
Set Top Box got installed at my place on 3-Aug. but till date it didnt got activated.
Even i talked to Customer Care and all concerned persosn regarding the issue. But i got "No response".
Look like they are not interested in Customer queries at all.
Also, I tried to connect to Vriti Infocomm office but got no response from them.
Best part i have seen in Airtel Service is 'No one is ready to take the responsibility'. Every one is transferring the call to other Department and at last I get the response that It is not the concerned Department.
I have the Cash payment reciept and also I have got my Customer ID but still Customer Care is saying that we cannot log any complaint againt this. Isn't that sound wierd.
Lets Hope if Consumer Forum can help me resolve the issue.
Anyways Guys... request you all... Please DO NOT GO FOR AIRTEL DTH at all.
Look like Airtel DTH is just a Fraud and nothing more than that.
