From the past 6 days my airtel DTH is showing error code B001, with signal abnormalities, after complaining at the helpline 12150, the company sent an engineer who charged me with Rs 100 160, for the service charge and replacing the LNBF respectively, but within hours of the problem started again, and i did the same procedure and complained to the airtel executives, but two days have passed yet no engineer has come from their side as promised. i am clueless as to whom to complain as apart from the regular call centre executives there is no responsible person from the airtel side.
