Dear Sir,

I was using Airtel DTH HD set top box for my TV connection since 2010 August. The set top box is not working from 13th October and I had tried to contact Airtel call centre on 1800 102 8080. It was always gone through IVR system and couldn't speak with any one. Finally I wrote a mail to their customer service mail id regarding the same on 19th Oct. I have received complaint registered No.12815574.Then no one was attended my complaint, still they sent SMS saying your complaint has being resolved and still you have any issue you may contact on 9987003392. I have called on this number, one man took the call and I have explained the details. His response was he is not responsible for any complaint rectification and disconnected the call.

Again I have forwarded the mail to the same customer service ID. same thing is happening every time.

Finally, on 25th Oct-11 7:30 pm I got a call from their service personal and he said he will be attending the complaint same day before 10:00 pm. but no one was attended. Then I have called on that No 9967499493, his replay was he will attend on next day before 12:00 noon. same way nobody was neither call me nor attended.

The last statement was they don't have HD set top box stock, you will get it when the stock arrive and for replacement with a cost of Rs 750.00.

Now the holidays for children and TV is not working, so I have requested them to resolve as early as possible.

what should I do, Pls help me.
