I had bought an Airtel Digital TV online by paying from online banking account on 18th January since then i have called up customer care more than 20 times and have been provided with various numbers to get the installation done but on calling those dealers they have clearly denied installation saying that the dth was not purchased through them so they cannot get it installed. On again calling up customer care i have been give various nos. but still i am waiting for installation to happen which was at the time of sale was promissed to be done within 48 hours. But today being 22nd January i am still waiting for something to be done by them. Customer ID provided to me was 3002930530. Having made more than 20 calls some of which have lasted more than 30 mins. I have also mailed my issues more than 10 times to the customer care mail id i.e [email protected], but everytime i have been told sorry for the inconvieniece caused we will resolve your issues within few hours but few days have passed and i am still waiting for the services from their end. I would hereby also like to file for a compensation for the inconvienience caused to me by having to call & follow up the issue and delay caused in installation. Looking forward to Consumer Forum for help in this case.
