I BOUGHT AIRTEL TV BEFORE 8 MONTHS . IN FIRST PLACE, IT DOES NOT GET SIGNALS WHEN IT RAINS. I CAN UNDERSTAND THE SIGNAL IS WEAK DURING RAINS. BUT NOW I AM GETTING AUDIO OUT PUT . WHEN I CALL UP THE CUSTOMER CARE . THEY SAID THEY WILL BE SENDING A ENGINEER FOR WHOM I SHOULD PAY 100 RS.
WHEN I AM NOT GETTING THE CHANNELS, ITS ME WHO IS LOOSING, WHEN MY TV IS WORKING PROPERLY, WHY SHOULD I PAY THE MONEY TO ENGINEER. ITS THE SETUP BOX WHICH IS CREATING PROBLEM WHICH BELONGS TO AIRTEL
